Using Trademarked Names

I am curious as to the ramifications of using a trademarked name, if you do not own that name, even if you try a fancy way around it. I only ask, as I paid to trademark my business name, Aradias Attic, and own that trademark until 2019, unless (in which case I will) renewed before expiration. I have had others attempt to use my business name in commerce (claiming it does not matter if it is in a different state), although my trademark is not limited to my state. At least according to my registration documents. I strive to be the best in what I have to offer, and am continually adding to my already extensive catalog and just think it not quite right to infringe upon someone else's hard worked for image. I think we should encourage Pagan owned / Pagan friendly businesses to thrive. I found this site, quite by accident while Googling my business name, so I decided to join up.
